4. What are the main components of Ndfeb magnets?
The main raw material for NdFeB magnets are as follows: Nd 32%,Fe 64%,and B 1%( others are Dy, Tb,Co, Nb, Ga, Al, Cu). The NdFeb permanent magnetic material is based on Nd2Fe14B, the elements of which is similar with the structural formula Nd2Fe14B.But if you completely make magnets according to this formula, the magnetic power will be very low, even no power. Actually, when the content od Nd and B are much more than the formula, we can obtain better magnetic performances.
